Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork from PadarArts Originals (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at padararts.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloads or prints, commissioned or personalized artwork, and artwork damaged after delivery are non-returnable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at padararts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We will inspect the returned artwork to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. The original shipping cost and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for artwork damaged or lost during return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Artwork
If you receive damaged or defective artwork, please contact us at padararts@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Ownership of the artwork remains with the artist, even after purchase. Unless otherwise specified, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the purchased artwork for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork without permission.
- Auctions
By participating in an auction, you agree to be bound by the auction rules. All bids are binding and cannot be retracted.

PadarArts Originals makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PadarArts Originals or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PadarArts Originals Website, even if PadarArts Originals or a PadarArts Originals authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
